Checking Out and Returning Passes

All passes must be picked up at the Information Desk on the second floor by the patron who made the reservation.

You may pick up reserved passes one (1) day before the date of use.

Some museums provide coupon passes that do not need to be returned.  All non-coupon passes must be returned to the Library by the time we open on the day following the date of use of the pass. Failure to return a pass on time may result in a fine of $25.00.  Passes may be returned in the book drop when the Library is closed.

If you find you cannot use the pass you've reserved, please call 978 534-7522 x 3 to cancel the reservation so someone else may use the pass.

Usage is limited to one (1) museum pass per family per day, and a limit of two (2) reservations or uses per week. Each museum sets its own rules regarding the discount granted by the pass and the number of people admitted by the pass.
