What you should know about our
new online catalog and transactions system
called EVERGREEN:
 The
new Evergreen library catalog and access to your
library account are now located at:
https://bark.cwmars.org/eg/opac/home?loc=65.
On
May 29 your password was reset to your last name
(all CAPITAL LETTERS) After you log in to your
account,
you will have the option to change your
password.
When
you log into your account, a set of tabs called
"the
dashboard" will guide you to options like
Account Summary,
Items Checked Out, Holds, Account Preferences,
and Lists.
Your
reading history and wish lists were not carried
over
to the Evergreen system. You may enable your
reading
history in the Evergreen system by logging in to
your
account, click on the "ACCOUNT PREFERENCES" tab
and then
click on "SEARCH PREFERENCES" box. You will then
be at a
screen where you can select to keep a history of
your
checked out items and your holds.
You
will have the option to create a username to
sign
into your account. The default login will still
be your
library card barcode.
You
will have the option to suspend/activate holds
(i.e.
when on vacation, to read/view a series in
order, etc.)
You
will be able to create lists of your favorite
books
to share with other readers.
If
we have your current email on file, you will
receive a
notice when your holds are available to be
picked up and a
courtesy reminder two days before your checked
out items
are due. If you are having difficulty receiving
these
notices, please make sure your email is
configured to
accept emails from this address:
leomref@cwmars.org.
